Subreddit Growth & Promotion Manager (Experience with Online Platform Promotion Preferred)

We’re looking for someone with experience in subreddit growth and promotion for online platforms. In this role, you’ll help grow and promote a new platform by increasing visibility, driving traffic, and engaging with relevant communities while managing our subreddit.


Responsibilities:

- Subreddit Management & Growth
* Set up, organize, and moderate our subreddit.
* Post engaging content, reply to comments, and boost discussions.
* Enforce subreddit rules and remove spam when necessary.

- Promotion & Engagement in Other Subreddits
* Actively engage in subreddits related to tattoos, alternative models, and similar themes.
* Use organic Reddit marketing strategies to promote our platform (without violating rules).
* Leverage experience with subreddit promotions to drive traffic.

- Reddit Ads & Traffic Growth
* Run and optimize Reddit ad campaigns to attract new users.
Test different ad creatives and placements for better performance.

- Collaboration & Strategy
* Work with the team to craft engaging posts (discussions, promotions, AMAs).
* Suggest new organic growth strategies based on Reddit trends.


Qualifications:

- Experience promoting models or online platforms on Reddit (or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, and organic growth strategies.
- Experience running Reddit ads or working with paid promotions.
- Good writing and communication skills for engaging posts.
- Interest in tattoo culture, alternative modeling, or similar communities is a plus.
