Hourly Rate:
$3.00 USD per hour + 1% commission on revenue generated

About the Role: We’re looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Engagers to join our team. You’ll be responsible for engaging with subscribers through messaging on our creators’ accounts, driving revenue by mastering conversational techniques, and collaborating closely with other team members to ensure account success. Engagers will use tools like Infloww CRM and must attend team meetings and submit daily performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
? Engage with Subscribers: Respond quickly to messages from fans on clients’ accounts, ensuring continuous and high-quality engagement.
? Drive Revenue through Conversations: Master the art of snowballing conversations to generate more revenue from each interaction. Training will be provided.
? Use Infloww CRM: Keep track of interactions and manage conversations efficiently using Infloww CRM.
? Daily Performance Reporting: Submit performance reports at the end of each day, detailing your engagement and revenue metrics.

Collaborate with Team Members:
Work closely with Account Managers and other team members to ensure seamless operations and contribute to overall growth.
? Attend Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, strategies, and any challenges.
? Ongoing Training: Watch our Engagers Training and continually improve your skills to become a top-performing engagers.

Key Requirements:
? Fast Typing and Communication Skills: You must be able to respond quickly and keep conversations engaging and dynamic.
? Sales-Oriented Mindset: Experience in sales or customer service is a big plus, as upselling and maximising value from each conversation is crucial.
? Time Management: Ability to handle multiple conversations at once, stay organised, and maintain efficiency throughout your shift.
? Familiarity with Infloww CRM: Experience with CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn new software is required.

English Proficiency:
Excellent written English is a must to effectively engage with subscribers.
