Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a friendly, upbeat, and highly organized Customer Success and Happiness Virtual Assistant. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part as the heartbeat of our online community, ensuring our members feel supported, encouraged, and motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management & Engagement:
- Member Onboarding: Welcoming new members and providing them with an introduction to the community.
- Engagement: Actively interacting with community members to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Group Moderation: Engaging with members, monitoring discussions, and ensuring a positive atmosphere.
- Event & Challenge Coordination: Organizing and overseeing community events and discussions.
- Content Creation & Posting: Sharing uplifting, motivational posts to keep the community engaged.
- Customer Success & Retention: Ensuring members stay engaged, providing proactive support, and helping them achieve results.
- Reducing Membership Churn: Identifying areas where members may struggle, offering solutions, and creating touchpoints to keep them committed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolving any conflicts or issues within the community promptly and professionally.
- Task Management: Keeping the community on track by organizing and coordinating events, challenges, and discussions.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the online space (virtual assistance, online business management, community management, or similar).
- Group moderation experience (Facebook groups, online coaching communities, or similar).
- Experience working with an online coaching or course business (understanding of launches, member engagement, etc.).
- Project coordination skills (keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and ensuring smooth collaboration).
- File organization & administrative support (Google Drive, Dropbox, Airtable, or similar).
- Experience facilitating group calls (Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms).
- Customer success strategies (helping members stay engaged, supporting their progress, and ensuring member retention).
- The ideal candidate will also possess:

- Extreme attention to detail—must be highly organized and particular about processes.

- Adaptability, a quick learning curve, and a can-do attitude.
- Content Support: Basic graphic design or video editing (if applicable).
- Facilitating Group Calls: Hosting or managing community calls to ensure smooth participation and engagement.

In complete transparency, we are in the early stages of our journey and are just starting out. Initially, we are looking to bring someone on part-time, with the goal of transitioning to a full-time role as our business expands. I am currently balancing a full-time job alongside launching this online business, which is why your role is vital in assisting with daily tasks, allowing me to allocate more time to other responsibilities.
