Job Title: Student Plan Researcher & Developer for College Counseling (Full-Time)

Our mission is to provide personalized support and guidance, ensuring that each student has a tailored plan to maximize their candidacy for top colleges and successfully complete their applications.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and research-oriented individual to help develop customized student plans for our clients. The role involves two key areas of focus:
College Candidacy Development (8th to 11th Grade):
• Conduct thorough research to identify appropriate extracurricular activities, including competitions, research opportunities, internships, and shadowing experiences for students at each grade level.
• Ensure the activities align with the student’s academic and career interests, helping to strengthen their overall college profile.
College Applications (12th Grade):
• Assist in building tailored college lists for students, taking into account their profiles, preferences, and strengths.
• Create comprehensive timelines for application deadlines, required materials, and major milestones.
• Support in managing and organizing the application process to ensure students stay on track.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct online and outreach-based research on available programs, extracurriculars, and opportunities for high school students.
• Create structured plans for each student based on their grade, interests, and career goals.
• Track application deadlines, admissions requirements, and scholarship opportunities for a variety of colleges and universities.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with college counselors to review and share the customized plans for each student.
• Continuously update and refine plans as new opportunities become available or as student profiles evolve.
• Collaborate with counselors to ensure plans are aligned with overall student strategies.
Qualifications:
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the U.S. college admissions process and extracurricular activities for high school students.
• Experience in educational counseling or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both students and counselors.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
