We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As the face of Awako.ai, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and setting the foundation for successful sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with potential clients in the logistics and transportation sectors.
Qualify inbound leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with the best solutions that Awako.ai can offer.
Schedule meetings and demos with our sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and progress in our CRM system to ensure streamlined communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging, outreach strategies, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead-generation targets to drive growth and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What We're Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage prospects confidently.
Proven cold calling and prospecting experience with a focus on building relationships.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales outreach platforms.
Familiarity with SaaS solutions, particularly in the logistics and fleet management industry, is a plus.
A self-motivated, organized individual with exceptional time management skills.
A positive attitude, openness to feedback, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
