As we expand our reach, we’re seeking a motivated Strategic Partnership Representative to establish and manage referral relationships with agencies, accountants, and other service providers who work with Shopify eCommerce brands.
Role Overview
In this role, you will identify, reach out to, and onboard channel partners who can refer potential sellers to
You’ll engage with eCommerce marketing agencies, accountants, and other professionals whose clients may be looking to grow, pivot, or sell their Shopify stores.
Your goal is to build a strong pipeline of partners, introduce them to our referral program, and ensure they actively promote our brokerage services to their network.
Key Responsibilities
List Building & Research
Identify potential strategic partners (e.g., eCom-focused agencies, accountants, consultants).
Use LinkedIn, industry directories, and relevant communities to compile targeted lead lists.
Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting
Craft effective cold
Schedule 15-minute discovery calls via Calendly to discuss partnership opportunities.
Google Meet Presentations
Conduct brief video calls (with camera on) to introduce potential partners to our referral program.
Answer questions and clarify how they can benefit by referring clients to
Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management
Guide new partners through our onboarding process, providing promotional assets and explaining referral procedures.
Maintain consistent follow-up to keep partners engaged and actively referring clients.
Referral Tracking & Incentives
Explain our commission structure, where partners earn a percentage of both the engagement fee and success fee once deals close.
Track partner activities in our CRM, ensuring everyone is aligned on deal progress and payout schedules.
Ongoing Partner Engagement
Provide regular updates, co-marketing opportunities, and performance feedback to partners.
Ensure they leverage our assets to continuously promote our brokerage services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Based in the Philippines (preferred) with strong English communication skills.
Comfortable on camera for Google Meet calls.
Proven track record in cold outreach
Relationship-building mindset with the ability to secure long-term collaboration.
Tech-savvy, familiar with Calendly, CRMs, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Basic understanding of Shopify, eCommerce business models, and professional service ecosystems.
