JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media marketing, funnel building, and supporting mental health and coaching entrepreneurs. This role is instrumental in managing and growing the online presence of a private practice and coaching business, while also assisting with operational and administrative tasks to support brand development.

- Create visually engaging, branded content using Canva, tailored to the mental health and coaching audiences.
- Plan and schedule posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design and build sales funnels using ClickFunnels.
- Research and identify relevant conferences and events.
- Manage client onboarding processes and provide operational support.
- Organize calendars and conduct market research.
- Lead projects and initiatives, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for social media, funnel management, and branding projects.
- Manage workflows and maintain accountability for all tasks.

Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in ClickFunnels, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
- Experience in email marketing and social media ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with mental health and coaching industries.
- Leadership and project management skills to oversee tasks, coordinate team efforts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with mental health professionals or coaching entrepreneurs.
- Knowledge of perinatal mental health and private practice operations.
- Proven ability to research and coordinate speaking engagements and events.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $800 USD per month.
- Bonus Structure: Up to $150 USD per month based on performance (see details below).
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Remote Position: Flexible work hours, provided deliverables and deadlines are met.

Bonus Structure:
Base Salary: $800 USD per month
Bonus Opportunity: Up to $150 USD per month, based on performance and task-specific achievements.

1. Social Media Management Bonus
- $25 bonus for achieving consistent posting schedules and increasing engagement by 10%.

2. ClickFunnels Management Bonuses
- $25 bonus for launching a new funnel completed on time without major revisions.
- $25 bonus for achieving a conversion rate of at least 20% within the first 30 days.

3. Conference and Speaking Opportunity Coordination Bonuses
- $50 bonus for securing at least two new speaking engagements per month.
- $25 bonus for each accepted proposal by a conference or event organizer.
