Detailed Job Description:
The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth, managing and optimizing our Shopify stores to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
Main Responsibilities
1. Product Imports & Store Setup – Initially focused on importing products and ensuring accurate listings.
2. Store & Team Management – Managing multiple stores and leading a growing team.
3. Operational Efficiency – Ensuring smooth store operations, inventory management, supplier communication, and website optimization.
4. KPI Tracking & Reporting – Monitoring sales, refunds, order issues, and key performance metrics.
5. Marketing & Conversion Optimization – Collaborating with ad buyers, improving product pages, and increasing conversion rates.
Must-Have Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience with Shopify
2. Experience in dropshipping (preferably in the clothing niche)
3. Experience managing European e-commerce stores (translations, currency, localization)
4. Proven ability to manage employees and lead a team
5. Strong problem-solving skills and independent thinking
6. Fast & efficient – Only high-performance individuals considered
7. Fluent in English
