Your Role as Stessa VA Lead
As our Stessa VA Lead, you will play a crucial role in building, improving, and streamlining processes for our team and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Primary Responsibilities:
? Establishing structured onboarding processes for new VA hires.
? Evaluating workflow strategies for efficiency and providing ongoing feedback.
? Developing a comprehensive training program for both new hires and clients to optimize their experience with Stessa.

Secondary Responsibilities:
???? Providing support to team members and clients in resolving monthly bookkeeping issues.
???? Handling more complex portfolios and designing training programs to develop junior VAs.

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience with Stessa real estate bookkeeping software.
? Proven leadership and training experience (VA management is a plus!).
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
