About Us:
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency with a BIG goal: documenting 100% of our business operations so that we can streamline our company by the end of this year.
We need an extremely detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help take our training videos and convert them into comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with clear instructions, images, checklists, and even video snippets when necessary.
This is NOT a typical VA role. We need someone who is:

Committed to quality – Sloppy work won’t cut it; you take pride in your attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Hop on team trainings or watch training videos recorded by our team.
Extract key steps, decision points, and nuances from the video.
Document everything in a structured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) format.
Include step-by-step instructions, annotated screenshots, checklists, and visuals where necessary.
Organize SOPs into a system that is easy to use and follow.
Continuously improve existing SOPs based on feedback.
Examples of SOPs you might create:
How to set up a domain and website for a client.
Step-by-step process for handling a client call.
SEO - Keyword research
Website Quality Control
Hiring, payroll, and internal administrative processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English Speaker & Writer – Your grammar, spelling, and clarity are top-notch.
Extreme Attention to Detail – You notice the small things others miss.
Fast Learner – You can watch a training video once and grasp the essentials.
Proactive Communicator – You ask smart questions and clarify when needed.
Experience Creating SOPs, Checklists, or Training Guides - Examples would be great
Ability to Work with Documentation Tools (Google Docs, loom, descript, Chatgpt).
Bonus points if you:
Have worked in digital marketing before.
Are familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT for refining documentation.
Have experience with process automation or workflow optimization.
