JOB OVERVIEW

Dual Fuel Corp is a full-service mechanical contracting company specializing in heating plants
for multifamily and commercial buildings in the New York City metro area. We strongly believe
that layering technology on mechanical systems enhances the quality of service and customer
experience that we deliver. We have developed Axxon, a controls and monitoring system, to
provide this holistic experience for our customers.

Job Duties-

Billing: (Working with Operating Divisions)

Maintain Contract Tracking (Service, Controls, Bundle)
Proposes monthly JE's for contract recognition
Maintain current active contract totals
Report contract renewals, cancelations, and new
AIA Reqs (Installations Department)
Billing Controls projects
Handles inbound billing inquires
Upload invoices to client portals

AP Specialist Supervision:

Credit card procedures (receipts, etc.)
Setup vendors in BuildOps
Manage Sales Tax exemption certificates

Collections Specialist Supervision:

Work with collections specialist to follow on open Service and Controls invoices
Generate Monthly statements for customers and contact customers to resolve
Follow-up on Installations AIA Billing (contact engineers and customers)

Compliance & Subcontractor Coordination:

Assist Controller with payroll and Prevailing Wage compliance projects
Assist with coordinating Subcontractor insurance requirements
Respond to Insurance requests from Customers

Cash Management & Reconciliations:

Enter daily ACH credit and debit transactions
Daily Cash account reconciliations
Monthly Cash Reconciliation
Download daily credit card transaction
Format credit card transactions for upload to Intacct
Upload credit card transactions into Intacct

Month-End Accounting:

Notes Payable Monthly Reconciliations
Maintain fixed assets schedule
Assist with Inventory management
Monthly vendor statement reconciliations (and following up with vendors)
Assist in month-end and year-end closing process

Reporting:

Assist in preparing management reports

Other Accounting projects that may arise from time to time

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Strong Excel skills (specifically Pivot Tables and Lookups)
- Sage Intacct, BuildOps, or similar systems
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
