Sports Logo Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and innovative Championship Logo Graphics Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling logos for various sports tournament events, ensuring each design captures the essence and energy of the competition. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Illustrator, possesses a keen eye for modern design, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality graphics that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Logo Design: Create unique and memorable logos for sports tournaments, providing at least two distinct design options for each project to offer clients a variety of choices. Will need to produce 60-100 designs a month.
- Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients to understand their vision and requirements. Be prepared to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions until the client approves the final design.
- File Preparation: Prepare and set up final logo files for print production, ensuring accurate color separations and adherence to printing specifications.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, particularly in the sports industry, to ensure our logos are contemporary and resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of [X] years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on logo creation for sports or related industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is mandatory. Familiarity with other design software such as Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is advantageous.

Compensation:

- Payment is rendered upon successful completion of each logo project, defined by the client's approval of the final design. Timely revisions and adherence to client feedback are essential to meet project deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
