coordinate the process from receiving the contract inputting into crm and company cam
send out emails to every party
call homeowner with welcome call
upload documents into job nimbus
upload any job changes
order pre site inspection

email all parties
obtain start date

email all parties
schedule on Google start date
notify all
input type of work by understanding scope of work
order inspections
update homeowner
schedule with production manager
order materials
schedule delivery of materials
Coordinate with crew the delivery of materials
upload any changes
request installment payments

email all
upload any change orders
schedule any changes
coordinate with production manager

be willing to use anydesk throughout shift
shift hours is Monday through Saturday 7am-5pm
