Type: Remote Work (WFH) – Part-time Sat-Sun

About the Role:
We are seeking two dedicated and bilingual agents fluent in English and Spanish to join our customer service team. You will play a vital role in providing top-tier phone and email support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish, addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism.
Respond to emails promptly, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution of inquiries.
Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow up as needed.
Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and meet performance metrics.
Stay informed about company updates, products, and services to deliver consistent support.
Qualifications:

Full fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Experience in technical support (medical equipment experience is a plus).
Comfortable working with the elderly and understanding their specific needs.
Prior customer service experience in a medical-related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively while working remotely.
Proficiency with email and call management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
