Remote Sourcing Agent – Beauty & Luxury Brand

Are you a detail-oriented and resourceful sourcing professional with experience in the beauty industry? Join an established beauty brand to manage product sourcing, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in beauty product manufacturing, packaging, and procurement.

Position: Remote Sourcing Agent (Female Only)
Remote | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST

Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers for beauty and luxury products
Source high-quality packaging, raw materials, and components for cosmetics and beauty products
Conduct supplier outreach, request quotes, and ensure competitive pricing
Manage the sourcing process from initial inquiry to final production and delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Monitor industry trends, pricing, and new material innovations
Ensure all sourced products meet brand quality standards and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing efforts with brand vision and product development
Track and oversee orders, timelines, and supplier performance
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in product sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
Experience in the beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is a strong plus
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to vet suppliers and manage production timelines efficiently
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of beauty product regulations and compliance standards is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and sourcing tools
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred But Not Required:
Established relationships with beauty product manufacturers and suppliers
Experience with private-label or custom beauty product development
Knowledge of sustainability practices in beauty sourcing
Must be available Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST (NYC Time).
