We're looking for an in-house Talent Soucer to help us generate more qualified sales & operation candidates into our pipeline. Someone who has done sales or sales recruiting and knows the lingo will be the ideal fit for us. The first 90 days of your probation period, after that we will review salary to increase based on performance.
Talent Sourcer Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Your daily task will consist of submitting 10 to 15 qualified candidates into the pipeline per day.
Review at candidate resumes and move candidates from applied stage to the next step in the process
Communicates with HR for the available positions and their requirements
Creates job postings and sends recruitment
Manages candidate interview schedule with HR
Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
Develops database for current and future hires.
Crowdsources potential candidates.
Talent Sourcer Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role.
Outstanding communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Knowledge in MS Office and database systems such as ATS programs as loxo.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
