someone who can develop a simple chatbot with the following requirements:
1?? it should be possible to upload PDF files to the LLM so that it absorbs the knowledge (same feature as chatgpt)
2?? it should be possible to connect the bots' API on Upgrade to see actual info.
This chatbot should have its own personality based on the provided PDF-material.
