Boundless Specialist – Software & Cloud Data Specialist
About the Role: As a Software & Cloud Data Specialist at Boundless, you’ll play a critical role in extracting, analyzing, and reporting data to support organizational goals, including ESG policy targets. You’ll ensure smooth communication between departments, using data to improve service delivery and drive operational efficiency.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about data and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Software & Platform Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of the platforms used within Gardner Vaughan Group, including Acuite, Procore, Smartsheet, Active Campaign, and more.
- Stay updated on product advancements and recommend platform optimizations.
-Ensure compliance and consistency in platform usage across departments.

- Data Extraction & Reporting:
- Extract relevant data and provide KPIs across departments (Design, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.).
- Create and maintain live dashboards using API integrations to automate reporting.
- Utilize Power BI and other tools for real-time data insights.

- Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with teams to identify data requirements and improve workflows.
- Monitor platform usage to ensure alignment with goals and compliance.

- Support for Reviews & Audits:
- Assist in audits, staff reviews, and reports aligned with ESG policy targets.

- Insights & Analysis:
- Present data with actionable insights in user-friendly formats to help teams improve decision-making.

Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Expertise in data extraction and manipulation across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new platforms quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in KPI reporting and process optimization.
- Familiarity with ESG reporting and sustainability metrics.
- Background in cloud-based platforms within the builder-developer or similar industry.
