Job Details:
Hours: 5-10 hours per week

Schedule and manage posts to ensure consistent engagement.
Research and use the best, most relevant hashtags for each post.
Write engaging, creative, and effective descriptions that drive interaction.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and industry changes to maximize reach.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
Analyze post-performance and suggest improvements based on data.
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management.
Strong work ethic, commitment, and reliability.
Ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand voice.
Knowledge of scheduling tools, analytics, and social media trends.
