We are a progressive early childhood center seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Social Media & Google Ads VA to help us build a strong online presence and attract more students through powerful digital marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage engaging content calendars across
Create, schedule, and publish posts aligned with our brand voice and school values
Strategically run and monitor Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and GA4
Suggest creative campaign ideas to boost brand visibility and engagement
Generate monthly reports with actionable recommendations
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in running Google Ads and social media campaigns (minimum 6 months)
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and optimization techniques
Knows how to design simple, effective creatives using Canva or similar tools
Knowledgeable in
Familiar with SEO best practices (bonus but not required)
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and dependable
Can work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with reporting, analytics, and data interpretation
Tools We Use (a plus if you're familiar):
Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
WhatsApp, Zoom
Work Schedule & Salary
Part-Time (10-15 hrs/week)
Flexible schedule, but must be available for occasional meetings during EST business hours
