Social Media and Marketing Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook). This isn’t just about uploading content—you’ll be responsible for growing our audience and boosting engagement.
* Create engaging posts and reels. We have tons of content you can use and repurpose to craft attention-grabbing social media content.
* Use AI tools to repurpose lifestyle images and videos (e.g., changing faces/people using our product, swapping backgrounds, etc.). You can work with the tools we’ve been using or introduce new ones you’re familiar with [you’ll be trained but previous experience on this will be highly valuable].
* Manage influencer collaborations: Analyze, select, and handle communications with influencers. Follow up, arrange samples, and track their content and performance.
* Include the word ‘honesty’ in the subject of your application. Yes, I'd like to make sure you're actually reading.
* Edit and create visuals as needed for: Amazon listings, Shopify pages, Special occasions (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s/Father’s Day).
* Build Ad creatives for Amazon and social media platforms based on provided instructions.
* Other content/marketing related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proactive attitude (yes, it’s a cliché, but we truly mean it!).
* Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts.
* Advanced graphic design skills.
* Video editing skills (suitable for reels and ads—nothing overly complex).
* Experience using various AI tools.
* Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken).
* Sharp and fast learner.

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY:

- Runway

Note: Experience with all of these tools is NOT mandatory; we’re just assessing your overall skill set.

SALARY:
$650 per month

HIRING PROCESS:
* Initial chat interview (via Slack or Skype) with a team member.
* Zoom interview with a team member.
* Zoom interview with the founder.
* Pre-hiring test for shortlisted candidates (a small task).
* Part-time trial period (usually 3-4 weeks) to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
* Full-time onboarding.
