Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Proactively message and nurture leads generated through Facebook ads.
- Reconnect with former clients to encourage repeat visits and boost customer loyalty.

Social Media Management:
- Maintain an active and engaging online presence by posting daily on Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.

Team Coordination:
- Follow up with team members, including Jenny, to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with store staff to collect necessary resources (e.g., product photos) and coordinate customer pickups for online purchases.

Content Creation and Marketing:
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Write SEO-optimized blogs and website content to increase online visibility and attract new customers.


Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in social media management and customer engagement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp and familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and strong follow-up capabilities.
- Creative, with an eye for detail and a passion for producing engaging content.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a retail or e-commerce setting.
Basic graphic design skills for social media content creation.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
