Social Media Virtual Assistant & Content Creator

Matt Redman Fitness is a fast-growing online fitness business that helps people lose body fat, build lean muscle and boost their confidence without following restrictive or excessive routines.

We are looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant and Content Creator who has a diverse skill set covering content creation, video and graphic editing, lead generation and DM appointment setting.

To apply for this role, you should possess:

- Experience as a social media VA or manager
- Experience in DM appointment setting using social media (ideally in the fitness industry)
- Experience using Meta Business Suite to record data on leads
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic content creation using apps such as Canva, CapCut or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills and interpersonal skills in English
- Excellent organisational skills, work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Values that align with our company
- Experience using ChatGPT (preferred, but not essential)
- Knowledge of fitness and fitness lingo (preferred)
- C2 English


In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Building genuine relationships with our audience
- Engaging with potential clients via social media, email and SMS
- Following scripts and using your own decision-making skills to nurture leads and book sales calls via social media DMs
- Nurturing leads and following up after booking calls to ensure high attendance rates
- Recording lead data in Meta Business Suite
- Editing videos to create short-form content (CapCut or similar)
- Creating graphic social media content and coaching resources (Canva or similar)
- Scheduling and posting social media content
- Assisting with social media strategy by analysing performance data and social media trends
- Performing other general administrative tasks


Work Schedule and Compensation:

- 40-50 hours per week (Monday-Friday with possible weekend work)
- Hours will require flexibility based around social media engagement times in Australian time zone
- Part-time or full-time depending on your availability and performance
- Potential for increased hourly rate and performance-based bonuses
