We're Hiring: Social Media VA to Join Our Marketing Dream Team! ????

Ideal Design Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a Social Media Virtual Assistant who’s not just good — but great — at managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and leveraging the power of AI and digital advertising.

If you live and breathe Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn — and know how to build a brand, drive engagement, and convert followers into customers — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Be Doing: ? Managing and scheduling content across multiple platforms (ours and our clients’)
? Creating eye-catching content with the help of AI tools (Canva, ChatGPT, etc.)
? Running paid ad campaigns and retargeting strategies
? Collaborating with our in-house team to plan marketing calendars
? Using Go High Level (GHL) for automations and funnels (a major plus!)

What We’re Looking For: ???? Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts
???? Strong knowledge of content trends and platform best practices
???? Creative thinker who can generate content ideas and implement them with speed
???? Experience with paid ads and audience retargeting
????? GHL experience is a bonus but not required (we can train you if you’re a fast learner)
???? Someone who wants to grow with our company and help our clients shine online
