In This Role, You Will:

* Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies, create visually appealing posts, manage the community (reply to dms/comments etc), stay updated on Instagram trends
* Social Media Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to help refine our strategies
* Copy and Design: Draft compelling copy for posts, web pages, and create eye-catching visuals that align with our brand.
* Email Campaign Management: Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns, analyze email engagement metrics


About You:

* 2+ years in a marketing, content creation, or operations role
* Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok, etc)
* Must be a licensed physiotherapist OR have worked with healthcare entrepreneurs
* Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision, and in collaboration with team members
* You have a strong track record of hitting lead generation targets
* You are a strategic, analytical and well rounded marketer who thrives in getting things done
* Excellent in telling stories and copywriting
* You must be high energy, coachable, adaptable, and collaborative.
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
