We are seeking a skilled Photography editor with a strong focus on portrait and fashion photography to edit and enhance visual content for our 20+ clients. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for detail, expertise in high-end retouching, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Edit and retouch high-quality portrait and fashion photography with an emphasis on skin smoothing, color grading, and high-end fashion aesthetics.
- Enhance images through advanced retouching techniques, ensuring a polished and professional look.
- Edit videos with professional transitions, effects, and audio syncing to enhance visual storytelling.
- Organize and maintain a structured archive of photo and video assets for 20+ clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with each client’s unique branding and style.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting strict deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, retouching techniques, and editing software advancements.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong experience in portrait and fashion retouching (skin smoothing, color correction, dodge & burn techniques, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage files, projects, and media assets efficiently.
- Ability to edit in different styles to match the unique aesthetics of multiple clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
