Social Media & Paid Advertising Specialist – Mortgage Broking Industry (AU-based Business)

About Pilbara Finance:

Pilbara Finance is a well-established Australian mortgage broking firm dedicated to helping clients secure the best home loan deals. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for an experienced Social Media & Paid Advertising Specialist to build and manage our social media presence, create high-quality content, and run lead-generating paid ad campaigns.

This is a fully remote role for someone who can work independently, deliver measurable results, and contribute to the company’s long-term success by increasing brand visibility and generating inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, and potentially other relevant social media accounts for the company.

Content Creation & Posting: Develop engaging, high-quality content (written, visual, and video if possible) and schedule daily posts across all social media platforms. Experience using AI tools for content generation is preferred.

Audience Growth & Engagement: Implement organic strategies to increase followers, improve engagement, and create an active community around the brand.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation: Design, manage, and optimise Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads for the business.

Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media growth and ad campaigns. Adjust strategies as needed to improve results.

Brand Consistency & Strategy: Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s voice, goals, and target audience. Develop and refine the company’s social media strategy over time.

Competitor & Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors’ strategies, and best practices to keep the company ahead in digital marketing.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in social media management and paid advertising for businesses, preferably in finance, real estate, or related industries.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads through social media campaigns and paid advertising.

Portfolio or case studies of previous work showing successful social media growth and ad campaign results. Applications without work samples will not be considered.

Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement tactics.

Proficiency in AI content generation tools and ability to create high-quality posts with minimal supervision.

Experience in running and optimising paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and consistently deliver measurable results.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Up to PHP 50,000 per month salary fulltime OR up to PHP 30,000 parttime.
