POSITION OVERVIEW
We’re seeking a Social Media Marketing Expert with a strategic mindset and a proven track record of developing high-level social media and branding strategies. This role requires a creative and analytical professional who can amplify our digital presence and engage a highly specific audience.
Our primary audience comprises 80% women, split between two key groups:
Pediatricians preparing for board exams (typically aged 26–36).
Board-certified pediatricians maintaining their certification (typically 36+).
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in social media marketing, branding, and storytelling to drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership: Design and execute a comprehensive social media and branding strategy across platforms including Instagram,
Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to each platform. Content may include graphics, videos, captions, stories, and more.
Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our social media community by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building meaningful relationships with followers.
Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, tools, and platform updates to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital space.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in social media marketing, branding, or related roles.
Strategic Skills: Expertise in crafting and executing multi-platform strategies that resonate with distinct audiences.
Creativity & Storytelling: Exceptional visual and written storytelling abilities. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Analytics Expertise: Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to track and improve campaign performance.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the healthcare, education, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
Adaptability: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Audience Focus: Demonstrated success in creating campaigns that connect deeply with target demographics.
