Social Media Marketing Manager (Remote)

Join Elevate Ventures as a Social Media Lead to be the key driver in showcasing and building the company’s overall branding. You will actively be at the forefront of Web3, by staying updated with the latest industry trends and news in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's presence and branding across key social media platforms, including Twitter.

- Social Media Account Management: Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and social engagements. Make sure social media engagements look professional and strong.

- Portfolio Brand Awareness: Implement initiatives to showcase the company’s investment portfolio and venture studio, ensuring seamless coordination and execution across all social media and digital channels. Collaborate with portfolio companies to develop and implement social media marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand awareness.

- Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery of content across all digital channels.

- Learn and Grow: Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices. This includes continuously researching and adapting strategies to stay ahead in the dynamic social media landscape. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and news as part of the content strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with 3+ years in social media marketing, especially Twitter
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies that drive engagement and traffic.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and content management skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media and Web3
- A self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus qualifications: Chinese language proficiency
- Bonus qualifications: Experience working in Web3 company or Web3 marketing role
