Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to boost online presence, increase engagement, and achieve marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, and stories that align with our brand voice.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to create coordinated campaigns.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging best practices.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
