JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager will own our social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement while managing Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a knack for analyzing performance metrics to inform future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Planning:
- Develop and maintain a dynamic content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, stories) in collaboration with designers and photographers.
- Spot trends and incorporate them into the brand’s content to stay relevant and innovative.

2. Paid Ads Management:

- Set up, manage, and Upgrade to see actual info Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to meet objectives (brand awareness, engagement, conversions).
- Develop audience targeting strategies and A/B test campaigns for performance optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse ad performance metrics to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

3. Community Building:

- Engage with followers daily, fostering a sense of community by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Build connections with micro-influencers and actively participate in fitness/gymwear communities online.

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Track KPIs across organic and paid social activities, using insights to refine strategies.
- Present detailed performance reports with recommendations to improve engagement and sales.

5. Collaboration

- Work closely with the broader marketing team to align on campaigns, product launches, and brand messaging.
- Support influencer campaigns by coordinating content and ensuring alignment with social strategies.

6. Ambassador & Affiliate Program Management

- Build and manage a brand ambassador program to connect with fitness enthusiasts and influencers.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Develop program strategies, including incentives, performance tracking, and scaling opportunities.
- Monitor ambassador/affiliate content to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience managing social media platforms for fashion, fitness, or lifestyle brands.
- Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience building, and ad optimisation.
- Creative and engaging content creation skills, including copywriting and video editing basics.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Upgrade to see actual info).
- Ability to multitask and adapt.

Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for fitness or experience in the gymwear industry
Knowledge of TikTok trends and creative video content strategies.
Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and community engagement.
