Social Media Managing VA

**Your Responsibilities**
As a Social Media VA, you will play a critical role in helping our clients generate revenue and build their brands. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Support for Product Sales
- Assisting customers who are interested in purchasing products sold by the content creators you are managing.
- Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers and driving conversions.
2. Revenue Generation Support
- Supporting initiatives that directly drive revenue for our clients, such as subscription sign-ups, product placements, and other monetization efforts.
3. Administrative Support
- Helping manage and organize day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
4. (Content Creation Management)
- Assisting with the creation, scheduling, and management of content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborating with content creators to ensure their content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with their brand strategy.

- Fluent in English: You must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

- (Experience in Social Media:) Previous experience managing social media accounts or content creation is a plus, but not required.

**What We Expect from You**
- Working Hours: 6-7 days per week, 8 hours per day. We are looking for candidates who are dedicated, disciplined, and can maintain a high level of productivity over an extended workweek.
- Professionalism: You will be representing both our agency and our clients, so professionalism is key.
- Commitment to Results: Your hard work will directly contribute to the success of our clients and, ultimately, your own success with commissions. We expect you to be focused on achieving results.
- No Other Job on the Side: This is a full-time position, and we expect our VAs to commit exclusively to this role. We are looking for individuals who can dedicate their full attention and energy to supporting our team and clients.
