About Our Client:
Our client is a small-town digital marketing agency that values a personal approach to every client's online presence. They are passionate about helping their clients grow and succeed through strategic social media management. They are looking for a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant (VA) to join their team and help them deliver exceptional social media services to their clients.

Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager VA will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' social media accounts. This will include creating and scheduling engaging content, content planning, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate is a creative and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for our clients, including content planning, creating and scheduling engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our clients' social media accounts in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and communities to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Prepare and present regular social media reports to our clients, highlighting key metrics and performance insights.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
-At least 3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.
- Experience running/managing multiple brand's social media profiles simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing social media content.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software.
- Experience with email marketing or SEO.
