JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help me manage multiple businesses. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will provide tutorials for you.
Experience in social media management and customer service is REQUIRED
Excellent written English communication skills is REQUIRED
Knowledge of photo and video editing is REQUIRED
Experience with CRM is a PLUS

You Will Be Doing
Managing social media posts for multiple businesses.
Scheduling and organizing my calendar.
Cold outreach to restaurants, planners, and venues.
Responding to common client inquiries and customer service messages.
Creating and running social media ads.
Tracking and reporting analytics for posts and campaigns.
Light photo and video editing.
Organizing and maintaining CRM systems.
Assisting with bookkeeping tasks like tracking expenses.

About Me
My name is Daniel Ross, and I manage several exciting ventures: High Ridge Photo, St. Louis Wedding Video, Mo Photo Booths, Northwest Jeffco, and The Local Expert. In the coming months I will open a local ice cream shop. My businesses are fast-paced, creative, and community-focused. I’ve never worked with Virtual Assistants before, but I strive to create a positive and supportive working environment.
