About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to take viral content from famous YouTube videos and trending audio clips, repurpose them, and strategically grow TikTok and Instagram accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling social media accounts to a large following through content clipping, engagement strategies, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and clip engaging, high-retention videos from trending YouTube content and audio clips.

Create, edit, and format video content optimized for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Develop and execute growth strategies to scale various clipping accounts to a large following.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and viral content strategies.

Optimize post scheduling, hashtags, and engagement tactics to maximize reach and follower growth.

Monitor account performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Experiment with different content formats and audience engagement techniques to enhance virality.

Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brands to expand reach and partnerships.

Requirements:

Proven experience in growing TikTok and Instagram accounts to large audiences.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, viral trends, and audience engagement.

Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Ability to source, edit, and repurpose content efficiently while maintaining high quality.

Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and improve account performance.

Experience using AI tools or automation for content creation is a plus.

Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience managing viral clipping accounts or Upgrade to see actual info pages.

Understanding of copyright and fair use policies related to content clipping.

A network of content creators or influencers for collaborations.
