Social Media Manager / Reel Editor

We seek a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator & Reel Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content across various social media platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of current trends, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to tell compelling stories through short-form video content.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and create engaging social media content aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
- Create captivating Reels based on provided scripts and raw content.
- Edit video content to meet brand standards and platform requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content calendars.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms.
- Analyze content performance metrics and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media content creation and video editing.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- High-powered laptop with necessary software and hardware.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work or the ability to complete a reel editing test.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in scriptwriting and storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.
