Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a fast-growing supplement brand dedicated to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow organically and create viral potential on Instagram and TikTok through high-performing short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided on these as well!)
Trend Research: Stay on top of viral health trends, sounds, and content formats on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
Scripting: Write engaging short-form video scripts that resonate with our target audience using Claude AI.
AI Video Creation: Use AI tools & CapCut to edit and produce high-quality, engaging short-form videos.
Daily Posting & Optimization: Post videos daily on Instagram & TikTok, ensuring they are optimized for reach and engagement.
Performance Tracking: Monitor video performance metrics, analyze insights, and suggest data-driven improvements.
Content Planning: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with our brand strategy.

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience creating social media content (specifically TikTok & Instagram Reels).
? Proficiency in CapCut (or any other video editing software) & AI tools (e.g., Eleven Labs, Midjourney, etc.).
? Strong research & storytelling skills to craft engaging short-form videos.
? Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
? A keen eye for trends & viral content with the ability to adapt them for our brand.
? Self-motivated & deadline-driven, able to post consistently every day.
? Bonus: Experience in the health/wellness/supplement industry.
