JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a proactive, creative, and highly communicative content manager to handle video editing and social media strategy for two brands.

Personal Brand @zoe_inmotion and @realestateinvestorzoe : Focused on communication, systems, and real estate investing (at least 3 real estate-related reels per week that will be cross posted on my real estate page).
Sips & Sparks singles events company @sipsandsparks : Showcase the excitement of our speed dating events, fostering connections, and increase ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation: Produce 6 reels per week for each brand (12 total), using engaging visuals, trending audio, and platform-specific strategies.
Social Media Management: Schedule and post content, ensuring consistency across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
Story Updates: Post stories every other day across all platforms and ensure a ticket link story is posted the day before each Sips & Sparks event.
Engagement & Communication: Respond to all messages and comments within 1 hour during your normal waking hours.
Event Promotion Strategy: Monitor Eventbrite ticket sales and adjust promotional efforts on social media accordingly.
Venue Collaboration for Sips & Sparks: Communicate with venues about upcoming events and notify them when collaboration post requests are incoming.
Content Planning & Adaptability: Keep me updated on what you're working on and why, while staying flexible as needs evolve.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation.
Strong communication skills—clear, timely updates are essential.
Experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands.
Ability to analyze trends and adjust strategies for better engagement.
Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Expectations:
Flat rate: $500/month.
Must create the first half of the content calendar within the first week of being hired.
