Core Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Transform newsletter content into engaging, platform-specific social narratives (e.g., Instagram Reels, LinkedIn articles, TikTok videos).
Create and schedule 15-20 posts weekly, tailored to platform algorithms and audience preferences.
Achieve 25% quarterly follower growth and convert 10% of social traffic into newsletter subscribers.
Optimize content workflows using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to reduce creation time by 50%.
2. Community Building & Engagement
Cultivate an inclusive, active online community by moderating discussions, addressing feedback, and sparking meaningful interactions.
Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and user-generated content campaigns.
Monitor sentiment and trends to proactively address community needs and opportunities.
3. Content Systems & Operational Efficiency

4. Analytics & Performance Optimization

Technical Expertise:
Must-Have Skills:
