We are Cyberdogz, and we do not play in the shallow end of social media. We build brands, shape narratives, and spark conversations that matter—especially in industries where most people are afraid to be bold. Right now, we're hunting for a world-class, female social media manager to support and grow a variety of client accounts, particularly in the financial and entrepreneurial space.
This is not a “post and ghost” role. This is a role for someone who gets it—someone who understands the pulse of digital culture, knows how to create engagement without begging for likes, and can confidently manage brand voice, analytics, and strategy across multiple platforms.

???? Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):
• Manage and grow social media accounts across: Instagram (Reels + Stories),
• Maintain a professional but fun voice—motivating, educational, and never generic. (Emojis? Yes. Clichés? Nope.)
• Create and sustain daily engagement: liking, commenting, replying, story interaction, strategic following/unfollowing
• Start real conversations with real people. This isn’t automation—it’s organic, intentional growth.
• Research competitive accounts, trends, hashtags, and analytics to optimize engagement and reach.
• Use a VPN (provided) to geolocate to the U.S. and avoid account restrictions or flags.
• Be available during USA daytime hours (8AM–9PM PST) to engage in real-time when audiences are active.
???? You Bring:
• Fluent knowledge of social media—not just how to use it, but how to move in it.
• A data-driven mindset with the creative intuition to know when to pivot or push.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts—bonus points if in finance, coaching, or entrepreneurship.
• A firm grip on voice, tone, and timing—you know how to read the room, every time.
• Willingness to engage, research, test, and grow consistently.
