Position Overview:?We are looking for a highly experienced Social Media Manager with a minimum of 4+ years of verifiable expertise in managing social media platforms for dynamic brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, enhance brand reputation, and achieve measurable outcomes. This role requires a creative thinker who can post 2-3 times per day across our channels, leveraging the latest tools and trends to achieve outstanding performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) on platforms such as
* Performance Metrics & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights from analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, conversion rates, and overall ROI. Regularly report on key performance indicators.
* Tool Mastery: Expertly use and manage social media tools including, but not limited to:
* Scheduling & Management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social
* Analytics: Google Analytics,
* Content Creation & Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
* Social Listening & Engagement: Mention, Brandwatch, or similar platforms
* Content Management Systems: WordPress or other relevant CMS tools
* Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted social media campaigns aligned with our brand’s voice and mission.
* Community Engagement: Proactively interact with our audience, manage comments, and engage in community building initiatives.
* Mock Presentation: Prepare a mock-up presentation during the interview process that demonstrates your approach to social media strategy, content creation, and performance measurement.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional social media management experience with verifiable references.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
* Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies that align with broader
marketing goals.
* Performance-Driven: Strong understanding of metrics and KPIs to gauge success, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Adaptability: Experience in using diverse tools and resources to perform performative tasks and deliver desired outcomes in fast-paced environments.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
