JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the content and engagement across multiple social media accounts serviced by our platform. The ideal candidate will develop and implement social media strategies, create compelling content, and analyze performance metrics to ensure our brand’s voice resonates across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each platform.
Create editorial calendars that align with marketing goals and upcoming campaigns.
Content Creation & Management:

Produce and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Schedule and manage posts using social media management tools.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, and product) to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
Community Engagement:

Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience interactions in a timely manner.
Manage social media communities by fostering discussions and addressing feedback or concerns.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Utilize data analytics to identify trends and optimize content strategies.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:

Stay current with industry trends, social media innovations, and best practices.
Experiment with new tactics and platforms to expand the brand’s digital footprint.
