THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our online presence, engage our audience, and drive meaningful connections across digital platforms. If you're a creative strategist with a passion for content, analytics, and audience engagement, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
???? YouTube Growth & Optimization – Manage and grow our YouTube channel through SEO, analytics, and strategic content scheduling.
???? Social Media Management – Oversee and expand our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn by creating engaging, on-brand content, including graphics and visuals using Canva.
???? Lead Funnels & Engagement – Develop lead magnets, nurture relationships through email funnels, and engage with our audience.
???? Analytics & Reporting – Track performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

WHAT YOU BRING
? Proactive Problem Solver – You take initiative, spot opportunities, and create strategies to drive measurable results.
? Strategic & Creative Thinker – You understand end goals and know how to develop effective processes to achieve them.
? Experience – 3+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in YouTube growth, social media management, and lead funnel creation.

? Strong Communication Skills – You embody HomeWise’s empowering and approachable voice across all digital platforms.
