Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence across all platforms. You will play a pivotal role in building brand awareness, growing our community, and driving engagement through creative content and strategic collaborations.
As the Social Media Manager, you will oversee content creation, develop content strategies, manage daily postings, and build relationships with influencers to showcase our unique experiences.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management
* Plan, create, and post engaging, high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, carousels, and stories) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Edit and enhance photos and videos to maintain a visually stunning and cohesive brand aesthetic.
* Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs to drive engagement.
* Stay up-to-date with platform trends and adapt content accordingly.
Content Strategy Development
* Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals, campaigns, and seasonality.
* Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, and follower growth) to refine strategies and optimize content.
* Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Community Engagement
* Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Build and nurture a loyal online community by fostering genuine connections and conversations.
* Leverage user-generated content (UGC) to amplify our brand voice.
Influencer Collaboration & Outreach
* Identify and build relationships with influencers, travel bloggers, and content creators who align with our brand.
* Negotiate and coordinate influencer collaborations, ensuring mutual value and brand consistency.
* Track the success of influencer partnerships and campaigns.
Platform Growth & Optimization
* Explore new social platforms and features to expand our digital presence.
* Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website.
* Optimize profiles, bios, and visuals to reflect our brand identity consistently.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand (minimum of 2 years).
* Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and editing (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
* Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms, including algorithm updates and best practices.
* Experience in influencer marketing, including outreach and negotiation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for growth.
* Creative, proactive, and organized with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Passion for travel, adventure, and creating memorable experiences is a plus!
