Our goal is to inspire and grow a community of real estate enthusiasts and professionals by leveraging creative content, memes, and trends. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level.



Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Post engaging content up to 3 times daily across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

• Meme Mastery: Create witty and relatable real estate memes that resonate with our audience.

• Event Promotion: Drive RSVPs for events by promoting and sharing details effectively on social media.

• Script Writing: Craft compelling scripts with attention-grabbing hooks for Nathan to record.

• Coordination: Collaborate with our video editor to ensure cohesive and polished content.

• Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to grow our social media following and improve engagement.

• Trend Spotting: Stay on top of relevant social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.


Job Requirements:

• Desire to grow and learn more about Social Media Management.

• Positive mental attitude.

• Extreme ownership, and ability to learn from mistakes.

• Go-Giver Mentality.

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (real estate experience is a plus!).

• A strong sense of humour and creativity, especially for meme creation.

• Exceptional skills for captions, hooks, and scripts.

• Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

• A passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, or education is a bonus!
