Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our online engagement. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing our content across Instagram,
Key Responsibilities:
Engage on the platforms and comment on 90 posts per platform daily.
Follow 100 users daily on each platform.
DM 30 individuals daily on each platform.
Schedule and post daily content tailored to each platform’s audience and trends.
Research competitor posts to maximize reach.
Audience Engagement:
Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a strong community.
Identify and interact with relevant influencers, followers, and hashtags to increase visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and report weekly metrics on engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
Brand Voice Maintenance:
Maintain the brand’s tone: stern, masculine, yet approachable, resonating with our target audience.
Collaborate with our video editing and content team to ensure alignment with the brand image.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram,
Knowledge of analytics tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, and third-party platforms.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
