Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager position is a core member of the Marketing Team who is responsible for coordinating, creating and scheduling the content and graphics across different social apps and engaging to drive leads to social media profiles and opt-in pages.
In this position, you’ll be creating the first draft of captions and graphics, suggesting reel content for trending audios, creating graphics, editing videos and driving engagement. You’ll also create and post stories on FB and IG. You’ll drive traffic to our Instagram profile by searching for an engagement with coaches and holistic practitioners on their own profiles. You’ll also post short-form videos on different platforms using the style of the native caption.
You must have strong technical skills in working with all of the different social media platforms. It’s essential that you have a strong knowledge of social media distribution for maximum marketing results with attention to detail as you scrutinize each content piece. You will continuously expand your skill set as you access courses to implement to expand our social media reach.
This position is ideal for someone who loves working with social media, has exquisite attention to detail, and loves engaging and connecting with others on social media.
Tasks for this Role:
Oversee all tasks to completion
Create first drafts of captions for static and carousel posts.
Write scripts for short-form video utilizing hooks and existing curriculum.
Upload raw content to Trello Board for 4 categories
IG/FB biz/LI/YT/Twitter
FB personal/IG/FB biz stories
FB personal
CHP group
Create graphics through Canva when needed
Schedule all social media posts, reels, and stories across
Ping with reminders when deadlines aren’t met
Choose photos for graphics
Crop to square and add Thrive logo
Coordinating and posting for Member Challenges
Engaging with potential clients during Challenges
Engaging with potential clients during 3-day enrollment event
Experience You Must Have:
Social media manager positions with proven increase in engagement and followers on FB and IG with previous clients
Distribution on
Organizing and managing all social media marketing while meeting all deadlines

Requirements:
Part-Time position at 20-30 hrs per week during PST time
High-speed internet connection with backup service to minimize interruptions
Personal computer
Available for meetings at 9 am US PST time zone on Mondays and Wednesdays as needed
Excellent English verbal and written skills
Minimum of 3 years social media experience
Compensation:
$6-9 USD per hour to start with a review at 90 days
