Social Media Engagement Executive – Aesthetics Focus

I'm seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time role to manage and grow our social media presence, primarily on Facebook and Instagram. The main responsibilities will include generating followers, and sales and leads through direct messaging to accounts within the UK aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on both Facebook and Instagram
- Prioritize engaging with user-generated content
- Engage with accounts that are aesthetics related
- Cold DM aesthetics related accounts
- Balance equally between increasing followers and generating sales/leads
- Converse with manager on a daily basis

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in social media engagement, particularly within the aesthetics industry, is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills for cold direct messaging
- Creative mindset to engage with user-generated content
- Proven track record of increasing social media followers and generating sales through these platforms
