We have an excellent team and are looking for a talented and driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to help us grow our online presence, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager based in the Philippines to lead our online marketing efforts. This role will focus on growing and managing our TikTok and Instagram accounts, alongside developing additional online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to grow and engage our TikTok and Instagram audiences.
• Create original, engaging, and visually appealing content tailored to our brand.
• Recruit and manage influencers to collaborate on campaigns and increase brand visibility.
• Manage content marketing efforts, including writing original blog posts and articles.
• Implement email marketing campaigns targeting our existing patient base.
• Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Track and analyse performance metrics (followers, views, engagement rates) to refine strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the UK-based team to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Create and maintain social media calendars and schedules.
• Edit photos and videos for content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Capcut, and others.
• Manage website updates and SEO strategies.
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality digital presence across platforms.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing and growing TikTok and Instagram accounts for a brand.
• Excellent written and spoken English with perfect spelling, grammar, and structure.
• Proficiency in photo editing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva).
• Proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, Capcut).
• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
• Experience in content marketing, SEO, and email marketing is a plus.
• Ability to create and maintain social media calendars.
• Must own a desktop computer with a full-size keyboard and mouse.
• Stable, reliable, high-speed internet access with backup internet and work unit.
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace is essential.
• Knowledge of the beauty or aesthetic industry is a plus but not required.
