We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team at Hassle Free Job Delivery, a service that connects job seekers with quality employment opportunities. The primary responsibility will be to utilize our specialized software to process and fulfill job delivery orders. During downtime, the VA will assist with customer service inquiries via social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Utilize proprietary software to accurately process and fulfill job delivery orders.
-Social Media Support: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on various social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with using specialized software; training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills for clear and professional communication.
- Social Media Proficiency: Familiarity with major social media platforms and customer engagement strategies.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Compensation:
- $3 per hour.
- 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours based on performance and business needs.
Work Schedule:
- Training Period: Specific hours may be required during training.
- Post-Training: Flexible schedule; tasks can be completed at any convenient time during the day.
- Time Zone: Employer is based in Tokyo, Japan (JST). Some overlap with JST business hours may be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Interview Process:
- Initial Interview: One-on-one interview conducted via Zoom on Saturday, April 5th.
- Working Interview Test: A paid practical test on Monday, April 7th to assess skills and compatibility.
- Start Date: The selected candidate will commence work on Wednesday, April 9th or Thursday April 10th
